This freelance part-time role will be responsible for developing connections between the LGBTQ+ community and other sectors across Leeds to promote LLCC and help reduce isolation amongst older, unwell, disabled or otherwise restricted members of the LGBTQ+ communities. The focus of this role is to connect with managers in Care Homes, Independent Living schemes and Domiciliary Care providers in the Leeds area to highlight LLCC’s services and support more isolated older and/or disabled LGBTQ+ people to access our activities. The role would include identifying and building positive relationships with wider organisations within Leeds that support older, disabled, isolated and vulnerable people in statutory services, voluntary organisations and private sector companies.
